Gardizi Tech Architecture B.V., Zwolle, the Netherlands, acts as the data controller for personal data processed via this Site. Contact: info@gardizitech.com.

Contact requests. When you submit a contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message in order to respond.

AI Readiness Check. Responses you provide to the assessment are processed in your browser to generate a score; results are not stored on our servers unless you submit them to us.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) are retained for security and integrity. Optional analytics data is processed only with your cookie consent.

We rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for responding to inquiries and operating the Site securely, and on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for optional analytics cookies.

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained for a limited security window.

Personal data is accessed by Gardizi personnel and by service providers acting as processors on our instructions (e.g. hosting and email). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
