The Site is a marketing and informational presence for Gardizi's independent strategic advisory practice. It does not constitute an offer to enter into a consulting engagement; engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

You may browse and reference the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not scrape the Site at scale, attempt to circumvent security controls, misuse contact forms, or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, the Gardizi name and marks, frameworks, methodologies, and the AI Readiness Check - is owned by or licensed to Gardizi and protected by Dutch and EU intellectual property law. No rights are granted by implication.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Zwolle, the Netherlands, save where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
